Rocky Road Brownies Wet Ingredients : • 1/2 cup butter (half of a 225g butter) - P22.00 • 1 cup brown sugar - P10.00 • 2 large eggs - P15.00 • 1 tbsp vanilla extract or 1 tsp if using pure vanilla - P2.00 • 1 cup (170g) semisweet chocolate bar or chocolate chips, melted - P36.00 Dry Ingredients: • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour - P7.50 • 1/2 tsp baking powder - P1.00 • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder - P6.00 • 1/2 tsp instant black coffee - P3.00 • 1/2 tsp iodized salt - P1.00 Toppings: • 2 cups small marshmallows - P30.00 • 1/2 cup walnuts, you can also use cashew, almonds or peanuts, chopped roughly - P20.00 Note: The ingredients are listed according to the sequence of how you are going to mix it. Materials you need: Mixing Bowl Spatula Strainer Brownie baking tray or rectangle baking pan 3 oz cupcake liner Cooling rack *Preheat oven for 15 minutes at 180⁰C *Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the stick test comes out clean then turn around halfway through the baking around 20 minutes for even cooking. *Do the stick test after 30 mins and 5 minutes there after to avoid over baking it.
