අකුසලයේ විපාක මෙලොවදීම අත්විඳි රජු | බලය, ධනය සහ රාජකීයත්වය තිබුණත් තමන් කරන ක්‍රියාවන්ගේ විපාකවලින් මිදිය හැකිද? අන් අයෙකුගේ නිර්මල මෙත් සිතකට හිංසා කිරීමෙන් ඇතිවන ප්‍රතිවිපාක මොනවාද? තමන් කළ අකුසලයේ විපාක මෙලොවදීම අත්විඳි රජුගේ අවසානය තුළින් මේ කරුණු ගැන ගැඹුරින් සිතා බලමු. බුදු දහම අපට පෙන්වා දෙන්නේ චේතනාවෙන් යුතුව සිදු කරන ක්‍රියාවන්හි වැදගත්කමයි. එබැවින් හැකි සෑම විටම මෙත් සිතින් යුතුව කටයුතු කරමින්, අනුන්ට හිංසා කිරීමෙන් වැළකී, තමන්ටත් අනුන්ටත් යහපත සලසන ජීවිතයක් ගත කිරීමට උත්සාහ කරමු.
