Happy valentine’s Day! Bring your partner or friend into my connecting yoga practice. It will connect you physically and mentally as you support each other in yoga pose and breath together. I love doing couples yoga because it connects you physically and intimately to your partner different from holding hands, hugging, kissing, or sexual intimacy. These are of course important, and couples yoga can help strengthen your physical bond. I created this yoga practice for beginners. I have taught this practice to a class where the majority of people brought their partners who didn’t do yoga while they themselves were yogis so don’t be afraid to mess up and repeat the yoga poses.
