After work I popped to a bandstand on a local park to make some truly fresh pesto for a baguette I needed to use up. Think fresh ingredients, soft pine nuts lathered in a baguette with fried chicken mmmmm 🤤 Recipe: for one baguette Good palm full of pine nuts (if allergic to nuts then simply leave them out, it’ll be delicious anyway) 5g basil 5g parsley 5g mint 5g chives 1/4 clove of garlic (you dont want it to overpower the herbs) Palm of Parmesan About 1/2 - 1 tbsp olive oil And hey PrESTO! You’ve everything you need to make a delicious fresh pesto.
