If balance feels uncertain, this practice is for you.
In this gentle standing session, we use Tai Chi stepping — a slow, intentional weight-shifting movement — to help you find your center and build steadiness from the ground up. No equipment needed. (A chair nearby is welcome if you'd like extra support.)
What we work on together:
— The lower dantian and why it's your body's natural anchor for balance
— Soft knees and a gentle tailbone tuck that connects you to the earth
— Tai Chi stepping: the "pouring" weight shift that builds confidence with every step
— Crown alignment and breath awareness to release upper-body tension
This is a practice you can return to daily. Balance improves with consistency — not intensity.
👟 Next up: A seated foot massage practice. Take off your shoes and meet me there.
