I'm downsizing this year..........

Those of you who’ve been following me for a while will know that I need a simpler and easier life as I get older, and I’m not alone! A four-bedroom house with a big garden is just becoming too much responsibility and I now hanker after a ‘lock up and leave’ secure apartment (with a sea view)! So when I was invited by Audley to visit their luxury Retirement Village in London I jumped at the chance because there must many like me who want to downsize but still be near the bright lights for retirement living. And do you know what? If I wanted to live back in the city of my birth I would seriously consider it after my visit. As you’ll see, I was well impressed and the apartments were more affordable than I thought they'd be with 5-star amenities and service thrown in! And they have them all over the UK. Retirement Villages are a huge thing in the U.S. and are now growing in popularity here. This is surely the future for an independent but safe and healthy old age. I hope you enjoy the tour, it won’t be what you expect that’s for sure!
