How to Fix Email Tone in Outlook with Microsoft Copilot

How do you use Copilot in Outlook to fix a hard email before you send it? In this lesson I share my screen: I take a frustrated email to a vendor, run Coaching by Copilot, and read what it says about tone, reader sentiment and clarity. Then I fix only the lines it flagged, add a clear ask with a date, and run Coaching again. At the end I show Prioritize by Copilot, which marks new email as high, normal or low based on rules you write.
