Opel kadett C welding the rust out

In todays video we have some work to do. My hobby car, this Opel Kadett C is 43 years old now, but it needs to get through the 2 yearly check again and it has alot of rust issues. I want do deal with these issues now to have it properly for the next 10 years. Unfortunaly even before i had this car the previous owner also did alot on it, and it's hard to find the original lines anymore so i have to work with what i have. It's not worth my time and money at this moment to restore it completely, on the otherside it would be a shame to scrap it aswell so i just give it a go and make it roadworthy. I filmed only a few things of what i did, because it would be too repetitive i think and i don't like to make a video of over 1 hour just welding in metal everywhere, trust me i welded alot more then what the video shows ;)
