Parkinson’s Self-Management: Empowering Lives - Webinar: Dr. Kate Greenwell

In July 2025 the PD-Care research team organised and hosted an international webinar on Parkinson’s disease and self-management interventions. The event brought together leading academic and clinical experts to explore recent developments and current strategies in the field. Our goal was to foster a collaborative environment where insights could be shared, effective approaches discussed, and attendees given the opportunity to learn from one another’s experiences. The event was designed for healthcare professionals, researchers, and anyone interested in advancing self-management support for people with Parkinson’s. The interactive session featured keynote presentations, Q&A opportunities, and a collaborative panel discussion. The webinar was chaired by Prof. Kate Walters (University College London).
