Major Rust Repair, Front Fender, '56 Studebaker Hawk - PART 1

In part one, I cut out all of the bad metal and Bondo (there was lots of both). Then, I trimmed-up, fitted and welded in a new 18-gauge repair piece without totally messing up the door gap. One I saw how big the holes were and how much Bondo somebody had stuffed in there, my hopes were completed dashed that it might be a small repair. It ended up being a huge repair. Fortunately, the repair piece fit reasonably well, and my welding continues to improve.
