Rainy Mexican Stone Cottage 🌧️🌽 | Rustic Cooking & Cozy Slow Living

Escape to a cozy Mexican stone cottage on a peaceful rainy afternoon. 🌧️🏡 Surrounded by gentle rain, rustic charm and the comforting sounds of nature, this little countryside home is the perfect setting for cottagecore cooking, traditional homemade food and slow living. Katy and her little Westie, Buttons, arrive home as the rain continues falling over the garden. Nearby, hens and fluffy little chicks stay safely sheltered inside their chicken coop. 🐔🐣 Inside the rustic kitchen, Katy prepares homemade savory cornbread with jalapeño and fresh vegetables, creating a comforting country-style treat. 🌽🌶️ She also prepares traditional Mexican chocolate, carefully grinding the ingredients on a stone metate before making a warm, rich drink. The freshly baked cornbread is served with a delicate layer of butter. 🍫🧈 Later, Katy spends a quiet afternoon embroidering little fabric covers for her spice jars, adding a handmade touch to her cozy kitchen. 🪡🌸 A relaxing cottagecore escape filled with rainy day cooking, traditional Mexican flavors, handmade crafts and the peaceful beauty of simple countryside living.
