WINDS THAT KILL (1961) Hurricane Safety PSA Film | 16mm Film Scan

1961 film produced for the U.S. Weather Bureau (predecessor of the National Weather Service), helping ensure people are prepared for severe weather. Produced by The Calvin Company of Kansas City. Personally really liked this film, so put in a lot of time and work making corrections so its presented in the best possible light. Scene by scene adjustments for uniformity, exposure, contrast, framing and so on. Audio extracted with AEO-light, post processed with compressor and equalizer.
