What I Wish I Knew Before Joining Big 4 | My Honest Experience

Thinking about joining the Big 4? Already working in one? Or just curious about what it's actually like? After working in Big 4, there are quite a few things I wish someone had told me before I joined from choosing the right team and understanding your manager, to dealing with unrealistic deadlines, office politics, self-doubt and learning how to say no. This isn't a “Big 4 is toxic” rant, and it's definitely not a “Big 4 is the best thing ever” video. It's my honest, non biased experience of what I've learned so far what I love about working in Big 4, what can be difficult, and the things I wish I'd known before walking through those doors.
