Welcome to another peaceful day of authentic rural life in the Iranian countryside. In today's video, I start my morning by feeding my chickens and caring for my small village farm before heading into the vegetable garden. I clear weeds from the radish beds, prepare the soil with traditional hand tools, and get the garden ready for planting fresh basil. Then it's time to harvest homegrown potatoes straight from the earth, along with fresh parsley, green onions, and leeks picked from the garden. After a busy morning of farming, I hand-wash my work clothes the traditional way before preparing a delicious homemade village lunch. Fresh potatoes are boiled and mixed with fragrant herbs to create a flavorful filling. I knead soft dough using fresh milk instead of water and a little olive oil, then shape and fry crispy stuffed pastries filled with potatoes and herbs. Finally, I make a simple homemade dipping sauce with tomato paste, vinegar, sugar, and salt. This is a real taste of traditional Iranian village cooking, simple living, self-sufficient farming, and peaceful countryside life.
