What if fusion is not only about more heat and pressure, but about building the right bridge?
Coulomb Boundary-Bridge Fusion: a coherence-discontinuity research programme for bridge catalysis and selective nuclear closure.

Commercial approaches crush nuclei together with extreme heat and magnetic fields, treating fusion as an energy-threshold problem. This explainer adds a bridge term: fusion succeeds only as a three-stage boundary-bridge closure event (approach, crossing and SU(3) singlet stabilisation).
Catalysts, lattice geometries and nanocavities act as spatial and temporal organisers, not chemical catalysts. Admissibility drivers such as screening and polarizability are weighed against losses, and the programme insists on strict controls: ambient excess heat alone is not valid evidence. It is a research framework, not a ready-built reactor.
Fusion is not just a barrier to overpower. It is a boundary to bridge.
