Ice cream Maker https://bit.ly/4asqQLq Bread Recipe    • Baking Day in the Kitchen 🍞🍪 | Homemade Br...   🍌☕🍫 Banana Coffee Chocolate Loaf 🛒 Ingredients 2 ripe bananas, mashed 2 eggs ½ cup sugar ½ cup oil or melted butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp instant coffee 1½ cups all-purpose flour ¼ cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt ½ cup chocolate chips (optional) 👩‍🍳 Instructions Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan. Mix the mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, and dissolved coffee until smooth. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the loaf cool for 10–15 minutes before removing it from the pan. Slice and enjoy! 🍢🥩 Kachay Keemay Kay Kebab (Soft & Juicy) 🛒 Ingredients 2 lb minced beef or mutton (fine keema) 2 medium onions (1 finely chopped + 1 fried until golden) 1 tbsp ginger paste 1 tbsp garlic paste 1 tsp meat tenderizer (optional) 1 tbsp poppy seeds (khus khus), soaked for 15–20 minutes ½ cup fresh coriander, finely chopped 1 tsp garam masala powder 1½ tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste) 1½ tsp salt (or to taste) 3–4 tbsp roasted gram flour (chana powder) 👩‍🍳 Instructions Soak the poppy seeds for 15–20 minutes and grind into a paste. In a bowl, combine the minced meat, fried onion, chopped onion, ginger, garlic, poppy seed paste, coriander, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, meat tenderizer, and roasted gram flour. Mix well until everything is evenly combined. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Shape the mixture into kebabs. Shallow fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through on both sides. Serve hot with mint chutney, naan, paratha, or salad.
