三代のガンダムが並んだ最終決戦で、少年は何を撃たなかったのか。 原曲は『機動戦士ガンダムAGE』の劇伴「ガンダムAGE-FX」（作曲：吉川慶、ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK Vol.4 収録）。※本曲はスーパーロボット大戦では未採用です（ガンダムAGEはスパロボBXに参戦。BXではフリット・アセム・キオの3機による合体攻撃「トリプルジェネレーション」が登場し、その武器BGMは「君の中の英雄」）。 ガンダムAGE-FXは、ガンダムAGEの最終進化形。ガンダムレギルスとの戦いで大破したAGE-3を、AGEシステムが大幅に作り直した機体です。重武装だったAGE-3から一転、軽量化で運動性を極限まで高め、ウェアの換装を持たない代わりに、全身に大小14基の刃「Cファンネル」を纏います。最終決戦の直前には、切り札「FXバーストモード」が組み込まれました。 パイロットは、フリットの孫でアセムの息子、キオ・アスノ。火星圏のコロニーでヴェイガンの人々の暮らしを知った彼は、Cファンネルで敵機のコクピットだけを切り離し、パイロットを殺さずに戦う道を選びます。 宇宙要塞ラ・グラミスの決戦。祖父フリットのガンダムAGE-1グランサ、父アセムのガンダムAGE-2ダークハウンドと並び、三世代のガンダムがついに揃います。父は親友ゼハートとの決着へ、祖父はヴェイガンへの復讐へ。そしてキオは、火星で友となったディーンと戦場で再会します。 最後に、セカンドムーンへ大量破壊ミサイルを放とうとする祖父の前へ、キオはFXで両手を広げて立ちはだかりました。約半世紀前、コロニーを守ろうとしたAGE-1とまったく同じ姿で。 アレンジは最終決戦の格に合わせ、壮大なフルオーケストラと混声合唱へ。原曲の旋律を合唱が受け継ぎ、ブラスと打楽器で三世代が並び立つ瞬間を描きます。歌詞は1行を原曲の2小節のフレーズに収まる8〜10音にそろえ、ゆったりした旋律に言葉が詰まらないようにしました。サビ頭は曲名「AGE-FX 三代の翼よ」で固定し、3行目は「刃でなく 光」→「怒りでなく 痛み」→「滅びでなく 夜明け」と進みます。ブリッジの「両手を広げて」は、フリットの曲「ガンダムAGE～100年の物語」のブリッジと同じ場面を、キオの側から歌ったものです。 アスノ家三代シリーズの最終章です。 ───────────── 🌐English In a final battle where three generations of Gundams stood side by side, what did the boy choose not to shoot? At the decisive battle for the space fortress La Glamis, the three generations of Gundams finally stand together: grandfather Flit in the Gundam AGE-1 Granssa, father Asemu in the Gundam AGE-2 Dark Hound, and Kio in the FX. His father goes to settle things with his best friend Zeheart, his grandfather seeks revenge on the Vagan - and Kio meets Dean, the friend he made on Mars, again on the battlefield. At the very end, as his grandfather prepares to fire a weapon of mass destruction at Second Moon, Kio places the FX in front of him with both arms spread wide - exactly the pose of the AGE-1 protecting a colony half a century earlier. The arrangement rises to the weight of a final battle with a grand full orchestra and mixed choir. The choir carries the original melody, while brass and percussion paint the moment the three generations stand together. Each lyric line is kept to 8-10 syllables so it fits one two-bar phrase of the slow original melody without crowding. Every chorus opens with the title line, "AGE-FX, wings of three generations", and the third line moves from "not a blade, but light" → "not anger, but pain" → "not ruin, but dawn". The "arms spread wide" in the bridge is the same scene as the bridge of Flit's song, "Gundam AGE ~ The Story of 100 Years", sung from Kio's side.
