ADHD and Destructive Habits

Hey, I'm Brian. I'm just a guy fighting for each day - Just like you. I'm 44 years old, a Christian, husband, father of 3 boys, and I have severe ADHD. This is where I share my thoughts and encouragement with those of you who are just like me. Most of what I say here is also a message to myself. We aren't perfect, but we are fighting to be better every day. The great thing is - we are extremely capable. I hope that through the community that we are building together, we share all of the wins and losses, always elevating and living life to it's fullest every single day.
