Attempting to Ride 100 Miles With No Training (Only Bike Commuting)

Today I am attempting to ride 100 miles on my road bike with no training other than my regular bike commute. 🞂 Patreon   / twowheelcruise   🞂🞂🞂 My Gear https://twowheelcruise.com/camera-gear/ 🞂 GoPro Hero https://amzn.to/33fGfsI 🞂 Microphone https://amzn.to/2KMs1cs 🞂 Chest Mount https://amzn.to/2D7H7VZ Today is the annual fall enduro raod race at Morikoro Park's cycling course. There are three races, a 1 hr, 1.5 hr, and 2 hr, and I am working all of them as a volunteer course marshal. I've been doing this every year for the past 3 years, but the last few years I was in much better shape and actively racing, so today's ride was a much more painful experience. Although I am riding my bike about 40km (25 miles) round trip every day for work, I haven't ridden over 100km in months since I rarely do any riding outside of my regular bike commute. Especially long rides as I usually spend my weekends resting from my regular work/commute and editing videos. There was also some great weather today, with some beautiful autumn scenery and red leaves along the cycling course, which helped distract me from the pain. All in all, it was a challenging day in the saddle, but these days are my favorite since they push you out of your comfort zone and it's also always great to be around so many people who love cycling. That's enough racing for me, back to my regular commute.. Here's today's ride on strava   / strava   Also, these are the protein chocoloate chip cookies I mentioned in the video.
