Waitawheta Hut, Kaimai Ranges. Solo Camping and Hike.

A trip to the Waitawheta Hut in the Kaimai Ranges, part of the Kaimai Mamaku Conservation Park in New Zealand. A very easy trip along the Waitawheta Tramway which runs alongside the Waitawheta River, a well known trout fishing/fly fishing river, and staying overnight in my tent for a solo wild camp near the hut.
