The Day That Nicole Hid Her Secret From Austin | Days of our Lives | 2000 | FREE EPISODE

Nicole (Arianne Zucker) manages to get rid of Austin (Austin Peck) just as Rex shows up, and he wastes no time telling her he remembers seeing her in an adult film. Nicole freezes and insists it is all in the past, but Rex reminds her the tape is still out there, and unless she agrees to be with him again, word might “accidentally” get out. Nicole’s past is catching up with her fast. Eric (Jensen Ackles) is reeling after learning about Nicole’s past in adult films. Austin runs into him at the pub and is shocked by how bitter Eric has become toward her. Hope (Kristian Alfonso) wants John (Drake Hogestyn) to open up about what she did as Princess Gina (Kristian Alfonso), thinking it may be the only way to protect herself from Stefano (Joseph Mascolo). John embraces her and says it is best if she forgets the past. Later, he kisses her on the forehead and promises to be there for her. Belle (Kirsten Storms) and Mimi (Farah Fath) get ready for the dance. Mimi has a feeling Jason (Aaron Van Wagner) and Jan (Heather Lauren Olson) are planning some kind of surprise for Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) and Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson), but the girls figure it probably has to do with voting Philip king of the dance. Meanwhile, Shawn (Jason Cook) warns Jason and Jan that he will be keeping his eyes on them, and they had better not do anything mean to Chloe. Elsewhere, Marlena (Deidre Hall) receives a disturbing letter that prompts her to head to Africa for a while. Philip arrives to pick up Chloe, who emerges in a black hooded cape and her glasses, not exactly the typical dance look. Nancy (Patrika Darbo) is horrified, and Philip privately can’t wait to dump Chloe once they arrive. But as the two take off in Philip’s limo, we get the feeling Chloe thinks this night might not be so bad after all. Oh, Chloe. Do you remember Chloe’s big entrance in that cape?
