Tomato Experiments & Super-Hot Chillies! 🍅🌶️ Garden Update

We are officially under way with the Tomatoes! Even though I’m a little overdue, the indoor sowing station is in full swing. ​In today’s video, I’m talking through my Tomato strategy for 2026. I’m experimenting with the difference between Bush (Determinate) and Indeterminate varieties this year to see which performs best in my back garden setup. I also sew a few of our favourites i saved from our fantastic Tomatoes from last season. ​What’s in the Propagator this week: ​The Tomato Trial: Bush vs. Indeterminate varieties why I’m trying both. ​The Heat: Sowing the heavy hitters; Trinidad Scorpions and Chocolate Habaneros. Also the gentle but tasty Padrons. ​Summer Flowers: Getting a head start on Zinnias and Cosmos for that pop of colour. ​The Companion Mix: Marigolds and Aubergines are officially started! ​Everything is tucked into heated propagators to get them moving.
