Hiya. We've got reasonable time tea tonight. It's only ten past seven. So that's fine ain't it? I left work about quarter past six. So I was a little bit early leaving so that's alright. So for tea tonight I've got I think it's called a bassa fillet. B A S A basa fillet in sweet chilli and lime. It looks delicious. Smells lovely. Just got a salad and I cut up some spring onions to go on top and then some of the crispy potatoes. I think I overcooked them slightly but they'll be absolutely fine. And then obviously Mayo. Obviously. *REVELATION ABOUT DRY HAIR:* Pit is an affliction. Now I've had a revelation about me dry hair. So these bits of me hair just the front bits here both sides have become really really dry. But what I've started using is one of those L'Oreal Revolution setting sprays. You know in the red bottle. And I think it's almost like you're spraying hairspray on your face to set your makeup. And I think it might be that because when I've thought about it it's only since then that the ends of my hair have gone really dry. And the day that I wash my hair it's not as dry at all and then as the week goes on as the days go on it gets drier and drier. So it can only be that. I've either got to scrape my hair right back when I spray it or find a different one. *FOOD REVIEW:* These would be nice actually extra crispy. Oh you can really taste the lime. So they came with two in a pack. It's not strong fish. I've never had it before. Looks like it's just a white fish. Just a white fish all with that chilli and lime. That is delicious. So what have you had for your tea tonight? Oh it's lovely being home a bit earlier. See when I first started doing this job I used to work 10 hour shifts. So you finish it's eight till 6:30 or 10:15 to 8:45. But them being full time you have to do three 10 hours and a seven and a half hour week. Whereas on long days you do three long days. And then every month you have to do a 6 hour shift. So the three long days gives me an extra day to do an extra shift. Do you know what I mean? So I swapped to long days. But it is nice finishing at half six. I would recommend this fish. I got it from Sainsbury's. It is delicious. Bassa in sweet chilli and lime. There's no bones. The main taste is lime. It's delicious. I've been eating far more fish than I have ever done since I've been having me teas with you. I've eaten more fish but it's so good for you ain't it? So tomorrow I've just got a meeting 12 till one. Thursday I'm off. And then I'm in work Friday, Saturday. And off on Sunday. I'm going to be thankful I'm off tomorrow and Thursday because they give it I think tomorrow they're giving it thirty-two. And tomorrow there's like a local show like country show on. But I think it's going to be too hot. And then Thursday they're giving it thirty-five. Whichever got that fan ain't it? We're going to start a syndicate on the lottery at work. See if we can all reach out here. They'd have a mass walkout. We'd all retire. This is delicious and it's not too heavy. It's a really good summer warm weather tea. I would definitely have this fish again. It is absolutely beautiful. No it did say to pan fry it. But guess what I did? That's right. I put it in the air fryer. Just for 15 minutes. 180. Put everything in the air fryer made didn't I? And it's cooked lovely. I'm sorry to come to the end of that. I've got another bit that I put in the freezer. So I said oh that's a really good idea because then you can know everything that's going on. You can forward through the bits that aren't very interesting. But know exactly what's going on. She said she watched the opening statements.
