Beans in a savory dish!? 😱 Not Halo-Halo this time! 😂🇵🇭 Today, I’m making one of my all-time favorite Arabic comfort foods: Syrian White Bean Stew (Fasolia) cooked with minced beef, tomato paste, garlic, fresh coriander, and aromatic Arabic spices. 🫘🥩🍅 I made this dish especially for my beautiful Lola Rebecca ❤️. She tried my Arabic beans before and loved them, so this time I decided to teach her how to make them herself! We served it with warm white rice, and honestly… it’s so filling, nutritious, and delicious! 🍚😋 💡 Tip: You can easily make this vegetarian/vegan by skipping the meat, or you can swap the beef for chicken.
