Parliament demands explanation on fuel prices and shilling depreciation

Parliament has tasked the government with furnishing it with a statement on the current high fuel prices and the reasons for the shilling’s depreciation against the dollar. This followed concerns raised by the Leader of the Opposition in Parliament about the burden the situation imposes on citizens.
