Feeling tight through your hips and hamstrings? This 15-minute yoga practice is a gentle way to stretch out those areas, improve mobility, and release some of the tension that can build up from sitting, standing, working, or simply going about your day. This is a slower, beginner-friendly practice that gives you time to ease into each stretch without rushing. We’ll focus on creating space through the hips and backs of the legs while also adding some gentle movement for the spine and finishing with a little relaxation. You don’t need to be flexible to do this practice. In fact, that’s kind of the point. 😊 Listen to your own body and make sure you can breathe fully throughout the practice. If something doesn’t feel right, back off or skip it. This 15-minute yoga stretch is great for: • Tight hips and hamstrings • Improving hip mobility and flexibility • Releasing tension after sitting or standing all day • A gentle morning stretch • Post-work or post-walk recovery • An evening stretch to help you unwind • Anyone who feels stiff and needs a little movement No props are required, although you’re always welcome to use a blanket, block, or anything else that helps make your practice more comfortable. Take 15 minutes for yourself, slow things down, and give those tight hips and hamstrings some attention. Listen to your own body, make sure you can breathe fully, and don’t force a stretch. #YogaForTightHips #HamstringStretch #YogaForFlexibility —————————————— Disclaimer: This channel is here to support your yoga practice with general guidance and education.
