Eat Your Heart Out: Shucking Oysters with John

Was hoping John would find a pearl in one of these, but... we just ended up eating a lot of oysters. Honestly, this is a really fun trick to pull out of your hat for date night or a small gathering. So if you've never tried to shuck an oyster what better time than right before Valentine's Day??...or Galentine's Day or whatever day you celebrate! Open, twist, clean, sauce...it's a lot easier than you think! And to spice things up even more, we made some delicious sauces to go with them. For the full recipe visit my website! Enjoy!
