Mermaid vs King Pigeon

Hello there! I'll be honest, unlike my cobra vs Up-dog this video is just about King Pigeon pose. I do highlight mermaid though! Note: I either knees hurt try placing a blanket under them. Listen to your body and try a different pose if pain continues. Learn to flip the grip (maybe I'll make a tutorial on this) Yoga is a life long practice. Enjoy the journey! I hope this helps !
