A BIG DAY FOR THE WOMEN OF OUR VILLAGE ❤️ African Village Life 🔥The Famous Igbo Women August Meeting

This is a beautiful day in the life of our African village family, filled with farming, friendship, laughter, tradition, faith, and community. The day begins with our African village dad and the children heading out to the farm to harvest cassava while Mama Ebere sees them off. After they leave, Mama Ebere heads to Olisa’s shop to deliver a message, where she meets Onyii, Mama Ike, and other senior women of the family. What follows is a wonderful moment of village humor, friendship and laughter as the women joke with one another and tease Onyii about finding a wife. Mama Ebere eventually continues on her way and meets Big Mommy, the chairwoman and woman leader of the village and family. They spend time chatting, singing and sharing a beautiful moment together. Back at home, Mama Ebere prepares for the women’s meeting. She works on breaking and arranging akpaka (oil bean) seeds, gets herself ready, applies her makeup and sets out for the meeting. Because of her leg injury, Mama Ebere walks slowly and asks the other women to go ahead of her. Along the way, she meets Mama Ezi and other villagers, greeting people as they make their way to the meeting. She even stops to buy akidi, which she plans to prepare for her family when she returns home. At the church where the women’s gathering is being held, Mama Ebere meets her husband and children, who are working on the farm nearby. The other women have already gathered, and soon the meeting begins. The women attend Mass, share a meal, sing, dance and perform a powerful drama centered around peace, unity, cooperation and building a stronger and more prosperous community. It is more than just a women’s meeting—it is a beautiful look into African village culture, family relationships, community values and the importance of women coming together as one. ❤️ Come along and experience another beautiful day of authentic African village family life.
