Invincible Season 2 Episode 4 Reaction! Watching Invincible S2E4 “It’s Been a While” for the first time - and Mark Grayson’s reunion with Omni-Man turns into one of the most brutal episodes of the series so far. In Invincible Season 2 Episode 4, Mark finally comes face-to-face with his father Nolan after everything that happened on Earth. But the reunion becomes even more shocking when Mark discovers that Omni-Man has built a new life on Thraxa, including a new wife and a half-brother Mark never knew existed. Before Mark can even process everything, the Viltrumites arrive on Thraxa to punish Nolan for abandoning his mission on Earth. Mark and Omni-Man are forced to fight together against incredibly powerful Viltrumite warriors in a violent battle that pushes both of them to their limits. Mark tries to protect Nolan’s new family while facing Lucan and Thula, and Nolan realizes that Mark is still holding back because he refuses to kill. What follows is one of the bloodiest fights in Invincible so far, with Mark badly injured and Nolan eventually taken away by the Viltrumites. Meanwhile on Earth, Debbie struggles to move on from Nolan, Atom Eve deals with the consequences of her recent mistakes, and Donald begins discovering the disturbing truth about what happened to him. This is my first time watching Invincible, so this is a completely blind reaction to Invincible Season 2 Episode 4 “It’s Been a While.” Mark and Omni-Man fighting side by side again, the Viltrumite attack on Thraxa, Mark getting absolutely destroyed and that ending with Nolan made this easily one of the craziest episodes of Season 2 so far.
