NO Call Button! Vintage Atlas Hydraulic Swing Door Elevator (GAL Black Btn Fixtures) in Belmont, CA

Located in a residential building. This elevator does NOT have a call button on the 1st floor! There is a blank metal plate where the hall station would be. This actually isn't a problem, as the elevator parks on the 1st floor when idle, and the door can simply be opened as this is a swing door elevator.
