Yesterday, I took a peaceful trip to the local apple orchard to soak in the early autumn air and get inspired for fall baking. Today, I’m back in the kitchen making a cozy, delicious apple quick bread that is incredibly budget-friendly! If you are short on time but still want your home to smell like a New England autumn, this is the perfect recipe. It comes together so quickly and only requires two apples, making it an easy and affordable treat to whip up on a crisp morning. Grab a warm cup of coffee or tea, get comfortable, and let’s bake together.
