Choosing joy today | a New England introvert life

Today is all about doing what brings me joy. Started the morning with an almost 4 mile walk on the rail trail. Picked some delicious wild blackberries I found growing in the backyard. Picked some wildflowers and made a couple of bouquets to brighten up the kitchen. Sat on the deck watching the birds and read some of my book I started the other day. Ended the video with a protein avocado toast using homemade pickled onions and my sprouts.
