Guadalupe Peak 2026

I recently hiked the Peak Trail with my lifelong friend Kenny "Cookie" Cooke. After 55 years of friendship, my frequent promises of "just a little bit farther" definitely tested his patience. Fortunately, we made it to the peak and back down safely, and by the next day, he fully embraced the "Type 2 fun" and forgave me. We also met Jerry from the YouTube channel "meandherafterkids." He was a great guy and is now part of our trail family. Be sure to check out his channel!
