Girona Bike Rides:Climb Guide - Mas Llunes

Road cyclists visiting Girona could easily miss this short, shallow climb if they don't have local knowledge - but they really shouldn't! The climb to the village of El Mas Llunes from the Bon Mati side is an absolute beaut . . . a gently rising, constantly-twisting 10 minute pull through forested slopes and rocky ravines. The hairpins are so numerous it's very easy to lose count, but once they're behind you, then the road straightens up for a thrilling descent back towards Girona.
