NS 1231 "Atlanta" seen leading a coal train through Southeastern Ohio

NS 1231 "Atlanta" led a coal train through Southeast Ohio on August 31, 2026. Caught the train on the West Virginia Secondary in Millfield, Glouster (twice), near Burr Oak, and finally at the siding in Corning. NS 1231 "Atlanta" is part of Norfolk Southern's Landmark Series, honoring America's historic rail cities.
