Yoga Poses with StarSea: Side Plank & Side Plank with Tree Poses

Welcome to week 33 of this 53 week yoga pose series. Side Plank is becoming a favorite pose because of the challenge it has been. I struggled for a long while wondering if I was doing it wrong. I finally realized I am learning and to keep practicing. I’m very proud to be practicing Side Plank with Tree Pose for the first time. I thought the pose was going to be more challenging. This possibly means the body is stronger than when I first began practicing poses. 😁💚
