A tiny store in Mattapan, Massachusetts, took in more SNAP benefits than a nearby supermarket. Federal prosecutors say two store owners trafficked nearly $7 million in food stamp benefits by trading benefits for cash, selling liquor for SNAP, and reselling donated MannaPack meals meant for hungry children overseas.
