Sunday Lunch at The Ivy: Fancy or Overpriced?

I headed to The Ivy Manchester for a full three-course Sunday lunch: French onion soup, roast beef with all the trimmings, and the 'famous' Ivy Chocolate Bomb. There were crispy roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding politics, a frankly offensive charge for water and enough cheese to cause a minor medical incident. But the big question is simple: Is the Sunday roast at The Ivy actually any good?
