Welcome to another peaceful day of authentic village life in the Carpathian Mountains. Our day begins with a simple homemade breakfast before the whole family heads to the fields. While the morning air is still cool, we mow the grass, spread the hay to dry under the hot summer sun, and later gather it together before loading everything onto a large truck. In the middle of this hard work, our little son surprises Mom with a bouquet of wild chamomile flowers, reminding us that even the busiest days are filled with beautiful moments. After working until late evening, we return home tired but happy and prepare a quick dinner over the grill.
