Silent Hill PS1 part 18 Alessa's Past

Still trying to solve these puzzles in the hospital. I did briefly look up online to save time prior to getting back to the game, so once I woke up after some night's rest, I get back into this with a fresh state of mind and still remembered sort of what I looked up hours earlier. The refrigerator scene, glad I saw this one coming since I looked it up and didn't remember it from long ago when I played the game through several times, so I saved the game before pulling the knife out. This one if you don't know or think ahead to what dangers are inside turns into one of those instant death scenes that are straight out of something from those old point and click adventure games, like Shadowgate. I do play out the scene and of course die, but I did save a few moments before so all good. I continue to complete the various puzzles, and finally finished all of them, and in one room, during a cutscene see what happened in the past to Alessa and who was involved. Okay, saving this before entering the door with the skull on it. The final battle coming up.
