Inside Ethiopia’s Coffee Forest | Tim Wendelboe at Tatmara Farm

One of Tim’s dreams since starting his company was to visit Ethiopia. For anyone passionate about coffee, Ethiopia is a special place, renowned for its incredible diversity of coffees, flavours and traditions. Last year, Tim travelled to Tatmara, in Kaffa, Ethiopia, to meet the people behind the coffee, explore the farm and taste the coffees at origin. Tatmara is an 120-hectare coffee farm managed by Negussie Tadesse, where coffee grows beneath the canopy of a native forest. Without synthetic fertilisers or agrochemicals, the farm embraces its natural ecosystem, rich biodiversity and unique growing conditions. Video production by Rammelaus.
