A Taste of Lessac Kinesensics - Lessac Training and Research Institute

Beginning with organic human behaviors, participants will explore how breath, movement, sound, and language connect, discovering how intentional body energy can enliven the voice and support grounded, expressive, vitalized communication in any context. Lessac Kinesensics is a somatic approach towards healthy, effective and intentional movement and voice in behavior, communication and performance. Our intensive workshops offer a holistic immersion in Kinesensic bodyvoice and movement training, rooted in the evolution of Kinesensics.
