🍞 Bread Rasmalai Recipe 😍 | Easy Homemade Instant Rasmalai | Festival Special Sweet Ingredients: For Thick Milk Rabri: 500 ml milk 1/2 cup sugar 1 tbsp custard slurry 1 tsp elaichi powder 2 tbsp chopped badam 2 tbsp chopped kaju 1 tbsp chopped pista Pinch of yellow food colour (optional) For Bread Rasmalai: 1 cup mawa 1/2 tsp elaichi powder 1/2 cup malai 10–12 badam 10–12 kaju Milk as required Bread slices as required For Garnishing: Kaju, badam, pista and rose petals 🌹 Method: 1. Heat milk in a pan and bring it to a boil. Add sugar, elaichi powder, chopped badam, kaju and pista. 2. Add custard slurry gradually while stirring continuously. Cook until the milk thickens slightly. 3. Add a pinch of yellow food colour if desired. Let the milk rabri cool. 4. In a bowl, mix mawa, malai, elaichi powder and a little milk to make a smooth, creamy filling. 5. Cut bread slices into round shapes and prepare the mawa filling for the bread layers. 6. Assemble the bread with the creamy filling and pour the prepared rabri over it. Let the bread absorb the flavour. 7. Refrigerate until chilled and creamy. 8. Garnish with chopped kaju, badam, pista and rose petals.
