Willy Perryman was a man of many names. For songwriting purposes, he was Willy Perryman. In his early days of recording (late 1940s to early 1950s) he went by "Piano Red." Then in the 1960s, he again charted, this time as "Dr. Feelgood" with his backing combo The Interns. "Just Right Bounce" was released March 26, 1951, and it went to #10 on the Billboard R&B chart. It didn't chart on the national pop charts.
