Sunday Afternoon Trains with the Waverley charter at Carlisle 19 July 26

A short video recorded at Carlisle on Sunday 19th July. Thanks to a steam loco setting a lineside fire in Cheshire yesterday, there is now a Steam Ban. Today's Waverley charter from York is, as expected, diesel hauled. Still a worthwhile visit to the Citadel station as there appears to have been a signalling issue affecting TransPennine Express trains heading to Scotland. We see two trains terminated and held in the Holding Sidings. TransPennine's usual routine is terminate at Carlisle, hold over until that unit's planned train south, when it will run back on schedule to Manchester!
