The Story Space Salford

This project is designed to celebrate stories and to build the audience for Peoplscape Theatre's production of 'The Elves and the Shoemaker'. It was created with 6 pupils from the Willows Primary School and mass-participation artist, Emma Martin. 100's of children in Salford are making booked themed artworks, using text and illustrations to place themselves themselves into a story. These works will then be used as part of an installation in Pendleton Children's Library to create a 'Story Space' in which the young artists and the audience will sit and enjoy the show.
