Adam had God's word first and was with her the whole time, but he says nothing and eats too. They hide among the trees. God calls, Where are you? The blame passes from Adam to Eve to the serpent. God promises the Seed who will crush the serpent's head and curses the ground. Adam names his wife Eve, Life, while death is still ringing in the sentence. Then God makes garments of skin, clothes them, and drives them out east of Eden. In the final hook the same voice comes to Jesus in the wilderness, and He answers, It is written.
