Franklin Music: The Rising Project is a short documentary exploring how local history, community collaboration and inclusive creativity can bring children, schools, charities and the wider community together through music. Follow the journey of Redhill Rising, from school workshops and local history to the huge community performance at The Belfry, Redhill, involving children, musicians, Franklin Voices and Include.org. The film also looks ahead to Epsom Rising 2027, as the project begins its next chapter at Epsom Downs Racecourse. The Rising Project is created and led by Dr Nikki Franklin and Franklin Music CIC, with the aim of building connection, belonging and pride in place through collaborative music-making.
