HOTTENTOT SHOOTOUT! - SPEARFISHING SOUTH AFRICA , Catch and Cook

After being a tad skeptical about diving in the Weskus I am pleasantly surprised to find not only the biggest "hottie" (South African slang for Hottentot) I have ever shot but also some of the most beautiful and interesting underwater habitat I have ever seen! As I was born and raised in Langebaan I have a unique sense of love and respect for the coast line here, especially after enjoying multiple surf and boat expeditions with my Dad.
